Company News (continued) NAI Commercial Jacksonville is currently negotiating the construction of office condos on Fleming Island and in South Jacksonville and is closing on property in Norhtwest Jacksonville and the Southside. In addition to its high-end community, The Reserve at the Sanctuary located in Jacksonville Beach, Residential Jacksonville, the residential arm of NAI Commercial Jacksonville, is also building 2 high-line homes in Davis Shores. These homes will be priced at $3.0 - $3.2 million and will have deep-water access with spectacular views of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the U.S. As always, NAI Commercial Jacksonville is actively seeking opportunities for exclusive, custom projects that boast water views, beach access, etc. We consider JV or direct purchase of land and/or structures to build or redevelop.
